    We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the india for orders over ₹1000. For orders under this amount, a standard shipping fee will apply.

  • Shipping Methods:

    • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days (depending on location).
    • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days.
    • Overnight Shipping: Delivered the next business day (only available on weekdays).

    Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

  • International Shipping:
    We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipments may incur additional customs fees, taxes, or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time

  • Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order through the shipping carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are currently unable to ship to other countries
  • For any shipping address corrections, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make changes to the delivery address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Stecon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please check your tracking information for updates on your delivery. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our customer support team, and we will assist you in filing a claim.
