Refund policy

At Stecon, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality footwear and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    You may return unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 5 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging.

  • Non-returnable Items:

    • Items that have been worn or used
    • Discounted or final sale items
    • Customized or personalized items
  • Return Process:
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at steconchappals@gmail.com

    with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we confirm the return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

  • Return Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect. In that case, Stecon will cover the return shipping.

Refunds

  • Processing of Refunds:
    After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds:
    If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts, a partial refund may be granted. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges:
    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Damaged or Defective Products:
